Community Based Homes serves individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health issues who require various levels of residential support.
Shared Living Providers
Shared Living may be appropriate services for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities who need residential support found in non-group home settings.
Day Habilitation
Day program support is designed to enable an individual to enrich his or her life and enjoy a full range of community engagement by providing opportunities for developing, enhancing, and maintaining competency in personal, social, and community activities.
Supportive Living Services
Supported living or supportive living refers to a range of services and community living arrangements designed with individuals with disabilities and their families.
